Purpose
Read the Trial Balance and the financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) that summarise everything posted in SAV.

Step by step
- 1Open Reports → Trial Balance.
- 2Choose the period and branch/company scope.
- 3Verify total debits equal total credits.
- 4Drill into an account to see the entries behind a balance.
- 5Open the P&L for performance and the Balance Sheet for position.
Key fields
| Period | The date range summarised. |
| Account | Each ledger account with its debit/credit balance. |
| Scope | Company-wide or a single branch. |
Practical example
After the sales invoice, receipt and purchase invoice above, the Trial Balance shows the receivable cleared, revenue recognised, VAT control balances and the bank movement.
Accounting impact
The Trial Balance is the roll-up of every posted journal entry; the P&L and Balance Sheet are derived from it.
VAT impact
VAT control accounts appear here and should reconcile to the VAT report.
E-invoice impact
No e-invoice action here; it is reporting only.
Warnings
- •An out-of-balance Trial Balance signals an integrity problem — investigate before relying on statements.
